Leafy Buckinghamshire is Sonali Shah’s destination today, where she’s helping a London couple search for their dream countryside home. Sticking to bricks and mortar, Sonali also visits the county’s last independent brick maker and finds out how to make them, but soon discovers it’s not as easy as it looks.
